You can definitely tell this store is owned by a group of people that want to make money and don't have a passion for the hobby, they act like they don't want to be there and they don't want to interact with (certain) customers (if you know you know) also they charge way over msrp for their sealed pokemon, if you are not like them or not a part of their little "club", be prepared for a rude and very poor experience here, literally any other card shop in Baton Rouge is a better pick.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They are very one sided at this store. When I went to pre order a box of Op15 from them; they only allowed me to do one. I completely understand that. However if it’s a person they β€œknow” they are allowed to pre order multiple boxes. That absolutely makes no sense to me unless they are trying to have their friends be the only collectors or wanting to only get the boxes as scalpers. I absolute hate scalpers. Then I go again to pre order the next new box OP16. I was told orders are not being taken just yet which is on Sunday. I come back in just a few days later. When the pre orders were starting, I was told on Tuesday. Then I’m told they have been sold out for a while. Seeing the pre orders sheet on the counter. Again people are able to pre order multiple boxes. But for someone like me who wants to only play the game and love the cards. I get no orders at all. They have lied to me and on top of that shown favorites to scalpers. This is the most non inclusive gaming store far.

Ordered squirrel mob for my squirrel deck. It came in perfect condition with both a sleeve and a shipping sleeve. Couldn't ask for an easier process.

Wow, is all I have to say. I am very impressed with the front desk manager, Spenser. I came in to buy/ create a gift for my autistic son, as I depart for a 6 month job, 5 states away. Spenser was not only helpful, but made me feel comfortable, as it was my first time in a card trading store. He offered good information and advice when needed, and maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout our 4 HOUR LONG interaction. To not give him a raise would be a disservice to him. I will return to this card store for all future purchases. What an awesome experience, you guys set the bar!! I also witnessed his interactions with multiple customers, as I was sifting through bulk inventory, and he maintained the same level of customer service with each one. WOW!!

Friendly, inviting, and helpful staff! I told them I am a Yugioh guy and was immediately pointed to the boxes, packs, individual, and bulk sales items. There are a lot of fun accessories and some decor items as well. I was lucky to pull the Secret Rare Dark Magician Girl from one of the two Alliance Impact packs I picked up. Will definitely come back!
